Wrong credentials or metrics? Report it within 24 hours and we'll fix or replace the account.
Transparent order tracking
Your dashboard shows real-time order status. Every update and message is logged there, so you always know where things stand.
What to expect from each service
Reddit upvotes & downvotes
- Automatic refunds apply only to native automated Reddit vote orders.
- Refunds are prorated to the undelivered portion of the order.
- Fully delivered orders are not refunded after a later thread removal.
- Refunds are issued to store credit and appear in your dashboard wallet.
Reddit accounts
- Credentials delivered immediately after payment.
- Advertised metrics match or slightly exceed the listing.
- Wrong password? Fixed or replaced within 24h of reporting.
- IP reflects the most recent country the account was accessed from.
- No cash refunds, but replacements when the fault is ours.
Reddit comments
- Posted from aged accounts active in your target niche.
- Your specified content used verbatim, unless it violates subreddit rules.
- No content specified? We write neutral, on-topic engagement copy.
- Comments live for 4+ hours are considered fully delivered.
Quora upvotes
- Delivered within two weeks. Rush available at extra cost.
- Order in smaller batches to avoid moderation flags.
- Same link: one order at a time.
- Profile bans fall outside our coverage. Report issues within 12h.
Quora accounts
- Credentials delivered immediately after payment.
- Advertised metrics match or slightly exceed the listing.
- Wrong password? Fixed or replaced within 24h of reporting.
- No cash refunds, but replacements when the fault is ours.

Scope and payments, in plain language
- We don't guarantee virality. Reach depends on your content and community.
- We don't guarantee specific results. Upvotes and accounts are tools, not outcomes.
- We don't refund delivered orders. If we met the spec on this page, the service is complete.
Wallet credits
Once funds are deposited (by direct payment or a refund), they become wallet credits and cannot be converted back to cash or the original payment method.
Chargebacks
If services were delivered as outlined here, we will dispute any chargeback filed and submit the case to the payment processor. We reserve the right to decline future services to clients who file chargebacks in bad faith.
Growth service refund exception
If you stop a partially-started growth project, we refund 15% of the invoice for work not yet begun. This is firm and non-negotiable. We reserve the right to withhold it depending on project stage.
We review every order
Orders that violate our ethical guidelines are refunded in full before processing. If something goes wrong with an order in flight, reach out and we will make it right.
